He was a great asset to the witnesses and the show period. this should have been him and jenny going on these mission tohether. Don't get me wrong i love love love that joe is here but there was nothing like mr. And mrs. Bamf

Irving is an integral part of Team Witness! We've also lost Headless, so at least let the guy named after the author of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow back on the show! Besides being awesome, he was the show’s biggest cheerleader and rallied for it and engaged with the fans. He and Jenny should always be there to help Ichabbie! I see Daniel going evil (if he isn't already) so bring Irving back. Sure, he won't be FBI, but if he is rehired as police captain, he and Abbie can always consult w/each other on cases. I think many fans are deterred by all the change. There was no reason to get rid of Irving. This is one change that may just be too much, so introduce him back into the story!

Great character, nuanced performance, much needed fan-interaction, best on screen daughter (who could have been a formidable witch for once), so much potential as an ally for team witness.
Whoever decided he has no place in S3 - fools, utter fools!
