Each of us have a unique story to share about how Nilesh sir has touched our lives in ways that go above and beyond simple training. His specific skill sets, sharpness and attention to each individuals needs make him indispensable. He is not replaceable. His personal interest in us is not replaceable.

We do not need to spell out that our training is beyond being physically able to complete X number of kilometres. It is about believing in ourselves, changing our mentality, building patience and reaching a higher ground internally. The exhilaration felt at the finish line is incomplete without gratitude to those who got us there, pushed us even. Our trainer tops that list. We put immense trust in their guidance, which almost always goes beyond exercises and is about handling fears, building ambition and confidence. Nilesh Sir is one such rock solid presence, always available with perfect advice. He shares our medals with us.

As a childrens trainer too he is unmatched. Pushing many young ones to state level glory is no simple achievement. Parents speak passionately of his role in their child's wins and improvements.

It is clear that we need Nilesh Sir. His actions are always, always, with our benefit in mind. If Striders cannot appreciate the value he adds to our lives, then we need to rethink whether Striders has our best interest at heart.
