Having Ms. Ruppel as my math teacher senior year was truly a blessing. She is not only a teacher, but a role model. Over the past 4 years in Manalapan, I have never had a teacher that was able to thoroughly explain a subject as well as build a trusting relationship between teacher and student, a trait most faculty in this school lack. Students are constantly surrounded by teachers who only care about what grade to put into the computer, while Ms Ruppel makes it apparent that she cares about all of her students, putting in extra effort whenever possible to ensure confidence in one's skill for each topic. She has taught me much more than just Senior Math Curriculum, and forcing her to resign from this position will be a loss for Manalapan High School.

Miss Ruppel is the best math teacher I ever had in my four years in this school. Every other teacher has been rude and insulting and just plain careless. Miss Ruppel cares about her students and her job and this school more than any other. The fact that the school is firing her/forcing her to resign, while the rest of these awful people are allowed to stay, is repulsive.

She dosnt know who I am because Ive never had her in class, but everyday in the hallway she goes out of her way to open doors for students, say hi to me, and helps anyone in need. Althought I have never had her as my personal educator, many of my friends have this privledge. She is the epitome of what a teacher should be and by removing her from this school would not only be an injustice to the students but to the reputation of Manalapan HS. Our school and the entire FRHSD prides itself on having the best faculty and staff not only in monmouth county but the entire state, and truthfully enough, without her as an educator in our school, we would be at a great disadvantage. Not only is she a great teacher, but a great person and role model. In todays society it is not uncommon for a teacher to never go out of her way, or to strive to help het students suceed to the best of their ability, but she manages to do this with flying colors. Most teachers come into a school with the sole purpose of educating students about their subject, Mrs, Ruppel comes into school everyday with the biggest smile on her face with the intent of not only educating her students so that they can excell in the classroom, but she shapes them into great people that transcend outside in the real world.

Ms. Ruppel was my teacher last year and seeing that this petition even exists makes me feel sick to my stomach. As a teacher, she is the most determined, motivating, inspirational leader that a student can have. She took a subject students dread and turned it into a class that you were eager to get to during the day. As a person she is most definitely the most kind, respectful, supportive person you can ever meet. She cares for each student wholeheartedly and is always there when you need it. She respects her boundaries like every teacher should but she still goes above and beyond for her students. I am so glad that I got to be a part of her first year of teaching at manalapan high school and this definitely should NOT be her last. She makes the school year count and helps you learn things beyond the Pythagorean theorem.

Ms ruppel is the best teacher in this school. Whoever the ought letting her go was a good idea is totally wrong. I've never met a teacher that EVERYONE loves. She's made me, and many others, actually enjoy and understand math! Love you ms ruppel!!!

Listen letting Mrs ruppel go would be a huge mistake not only is she a great teacher who always exceeds expectations when sharing her knowlage with the class she is a great person who looks out for students no matter who they are she's always a great person to have a conversation with there are many more teachers who have done a lot worse then what she's accused of and still have a job at manalapan High all because they weren't told on the fact that she is being let go is extremely stupid she is an amazing teacher and friend to all her students who show her respect . She deserves to stay as this act is disrespectful and uncalled for manalapan high school is suppose to be today's students tomorrow's learners how are we suppose to learn without the teachers that want to teach ???? Think about it

Ms ruppel, you are the only one that understands my craziness and I love you for that. I always loved math and now I love it more! I look forward to coming to ur class everyday and I get sad when I leave it. You're an extraordinary person and amazing inside and out. I'll miss you alot

Mrs. Ruppel is so sweet and deserves to stay in Manalapan high school she has so much patience and tries her best to help us all do well and enjoy math.
