Mr.T is undoubtedly a legend! Everybody at Phorms knows him and everyone loves him! It rarely happens, that you meet a person, which is so energetic, caring, fun, and happy as Mr. T. He truly is a great person, who should get all the praise and love that he (rightfully) deserves! The decision to let go of Mr.T was wrong and should be reversed. Phorms without Mr.T is just a boring "german school", without the things that made it truly great and stand out. Mr.T shaped Phorms and made it a truly unique and fun school (especially the Hort).
Mr.T is a legend and will always stay one. We need him back!

Learning should be done with fun. No child should spend their childhood in a school full of rules and boring lessons, Mr. T is the person that makes the fun learning happen. School should be a place a kid wants to go to, not a place that makes them want to stay home. Mr. T is the one teacher that makes Phorms a special place, and makes the children want to learn more with him, because his clubs are encouraging and educating, and run with huge engagement. Our Principal might be good principal, but she should let Mr.T run the hort his way. WE WANT HIM BACK!

Mr. T is one of the main contact points to the school and a strong representative to what a multicultural bilingual school is . He has treated every child equally and has commanded respect from each of us - parents and children. He gives the school the international flare it will now be missing . Such passion, jubilance and commitment is rare to find. Don’t be self centered in this decision. Put your differences aside and put the children FIRST. hire him back and allow him to shape the school to a level it cannot reach without him.

Mr T. and his amazing camps were clearly a reason why we decided to send our child to Phorms and not to another school. We would be happy to see him again at Phorms . So Phorms should consider if the „reason“ to let him go was so serious that this reason is overweighting all the amazing work he did for our children and Phorms Taunus Campus.
