I have no idea if this will take off, but if I reach 41,837 signatures (the capacity of Stamford Bridge) I will make sure that this reaches the powers that be at Chelsea Football Club. Just to let them know that there is the support for Frank Lampard being offered a new deal. Fans don't care if it's one or two years, and we believe that Lampard does not care either.
