We need Heidi to keep motivating and encouraging us.

Heidi has been such a huge blessing to my life i wouldint have got through my recory alone she guided me so much

It would be a tragic loss to this group and a great loss to a company in this world of Beratrics, if Heidi was no longer a mentor on this page personally I am not with western beriatic but with Kaiser and she has been a life changer that I have referred people that now go to western bariatrics. If Hidei was leaving because she was told, asked, forsed, to resign I can guarantee I will never refer in my network anyone to Western.

Heidi is a true inspiration and even though I have moved from California she has always answered any questions that I needed answered in a wonderful,friendly voice and manner.

Please keep Heidi. She has been such an awesome part of this program.

Heidi is such a wonderful nurse! She is so caring and loving to us all unconditionally!! We need her support.

Although I have not had WLS I have been a part of this group for a very long time. I have watched Heidi be there for everyone at all hours of the day and night. Always putting her patients before anything else and many times before her family. Every phone call, text, FB response she takes the time for is time away from her family. I don’t think anyone could take the place of her and her true love of her patients and their care being her #1 priority. Keep Heidi —the patients NEED her

Heidi has been educating and supporting me through the last 3 yrs since my weight loss surgery. Her unlimited commitment has made important information available quickly and easily. No where esle have I found this. And I dout anyone else could perform like Heidi has for such a long period of time. She is unreplaceable! We need Heidi!!
