Because ACE moved away, I have depended on Home Depot and Lowe's.
Last week, I went to Home Depot to buy (among other things) some 3-in-1 oil. I had to ask 3 people for help to find the oil! Each one told me where it was supposed to be--no one would actually take me to the shelf where it was located.
I told my friend, who was with me, that if we had gone to ACE, when I walked in the door I would have been greeted at the door and taken to the location of the oil.
I hate spending my money at Home Depot and Lowe's. I would MUCH rather spend my money at ACE.

I recently moved to Knoxville and having Elder’s close by was invaluable to me. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. I want them back!!

As a single woman, it was great to go in and get advice and the right items I needed to get the job done.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the store. Would love to have a small town feel rather than big box store.

As a newer homeowner in the area, right down the street from Ace, I frequented the store at least once a week. The staff was always SO helpful and they always had what I needed! Please bring Ace back!

So many times the big box stores didn't have what I needed but Ace did! Besides, the staff was always, always so friendly and helpful.

Please bring back ACE. As a contractor I spend over a 1000 dollars a year there!
