ACE is missed!

Great store! Fantastic staff. I stopped there often for my business. I now stare sadly into the blacked out windows everytime I pass.

I don't need much and would much prefer to go to a neighborhood store than a big box store.

It was so convenient

I really valued having Ace Hardware as my neighborhood store and enjoyed my visits there on a regular basis (instead of the big boxes)

I don't often need to visit home improvement stores, but during the time Elder Ace was open in Broadway Shopping Center, I frequently chose to shop at Elder's Ace over the big-box stores to buy the occasional craft supply or can of paint or bag of soil. Their service was always stellar. I never had a problem finding a staff member to help or answer a question.

I live in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and work with James White's Fort in downtown Knoxville and with both home and job, have always used the North Knoxville (Broadway) store. Please bring our store back to the North Knoxville area!

Please!!!! Please, bring them back!! I couldn’t bear their prices anywhere else, and the customer service was out of this world! Everyone there knew what they had, I’d someone didn’t know the answer, someone else did! You got this NO WHERE anymore.

Great people there. Very friendly and helpful. I wish they were still at the Broadway location but a Fountain City location would be good.
