We, the People of Colville, WA, are asking the City Council to donate or sell at a reasonable cost, the Old County Shop location so that the Citizenry of Colville will have a fun, safe, drug free, year around roller skating rink.  The Council feels we need the money more, but the rink is what the people want and it will bring in money.  Please, sign this so we can skate.
