I understand that it's a "reinvention" of jem and the holograms but she deserves in put and i dont want it to turn into another stupid tean coming of age movie
I did the package art for the original Jem. One of the great things was the number of talented women involved in writing, designing and song writing. Hasbro knew what they were doing, that is why the appeal has lasted for 30 years.
A Jem movie without Christy Marx? It's like making Buffy without Joss Whedon! Come on, if they really wanna do something really connected to the original product we need Christy back on board! :)
Not involving Christy Marx in the Jem movie... it's like not involving Stan Lee in a Spider-Man movie, or not involving Stephen King in a remake of 'Christine'. It just doesn't make sense.
Christy Marx is the heart and soul of Jem and should at the very least be a consultant on the new Jem movie. Fans will be very disappointed otherwise. As Jem says, do the right thing, because doing the right thing makes you a superstar!

We need Christy back on board. She is our Jacqui Benton, Jem's true mother. She is the keeper of our childhood memories.
