As a small business in Coquetdale we feel we super fast broadband is essential to compete with businesses elsewhere in the country.

Basically if you live outside the centre of a few larger villages you are not going to get broadband from BT - in spite of the vast amounts of money they are making out of supposedly installing a rural broadband infrastructure. The same thing is happening right across the country and, amazingly, the government is letting them get away with it!

Within reason, no-one should be disadvantaged because of where they live. This is not just about people and p[otentially new business moving into the valley but about the people that already live and work here.

Basically if you live outside the centre of a few larger villages you are not going to get broadband from BT - in spite of the vast amounts of money they are making out of supposedly installing a rural broadband infrastructure.
