Access to great easthall is bad enough after broken promises, don't take away at the very least a shop

I am completely disappointed in the local developer Bovis who said that there was land held back for a shop and possibly a pub. Sonora fields has shops and other facilities which we desperately need on this estate. More houses is not what we need at all at the entrance to our estate. Having local amenities will help bring the estate together and it should be a priority for the council to see that this happens.

I strongly object to more houses being built at the entrance to great easthall. We need shops, a school, a doctors and better transport links before more houses on this estate!

We need local amenities, Local shops etc - I was under the impression that new large housing estates had to provide these as a matter of urgency. Bearing in mind this estate is out on a limb due to the road infrastructure.

New roads are a must. If you have new roads getting to shops in other parts of the area will be easier.

I do not support the planning grant unless we get more infrastructure into
Great east hall I.e. Shops, better transport links and other amenities that were promised to us when deciding to move here.

No more houses until more than 1 road in and out on our estate. Sittingbourne is a nightmare as it is on the roads, why keep building more houses, think about additional schools, decent shops and things that sittingbourne actually needs.
We need shops and amenties on our estate like we was promised 10 years ago!
