No more houses we need schools, educational facilities and small local shop that we were promised. A Dr's or pharmacy, hairdressers and other small businesses not more crammed in houses!

This estate is already very congested with no facilities. The roads are narrow and very little space between houses/flats.

A local shop, pub/restaurant, primary school, GP surgery, etc is needed on an ever growing estate.

When we moved to Great Easthall 7 years also we were told that a primary school, shops and a village hall were planned. Instead the local school has increased it's intake reducing options available to local residents with primary aged children, and now the plans for shops have been scrapped and instead more housing proposed. There is no local convenience store, especially as there is no through traffic into Murston. The proposal of more housing does not considering the needs of those already living in the area.

We do not need any more houses until the basic fundamentals are provided by the council. When we purchased our house 10 years ago we were told that it would be a brand new village and have a pub, shops, Dr’s surgery, school and other amenities.
To date the developers are building a community centre at a cost of £1 million which in my opinion would be better spent providing us residents other amenities such as a shop. To even go and get a pint of milk or a newspaper takes 20 minutes, we have one way in and one way out of the estate and have to enter through the Eurolink. We have factory’s springing up everywhere yet the roads are not improving, the town cannot handle any more traffic. Swale borough council, please sort this out and the regeneration, the sign saying “It’s here” are now looking very old and tacky!
Start holding developers to their word.

I was the first to move into the estate. Now is the time to add some local facilities to support the community.
