Sexual orientation is not a gauge to a good performance nor a character of a person, we shouldn't be so narrow minded and open up to different individuals in the society!

Don't let the world think that Singapore is a country of bigots. We denounce bigotry and want the world to know Singapore has a majority of individuals who will never practise discrimination and who fully support the human rights of all human beings.

Adam Lambert is a role model and plays a big part in the LGBT community as an artist and a celebrity I might add. I don't believe in discrimination of any kind, especially against the LGBT community.

To have something against a fabulous performer like Adam Lambert, either means you feel insecure about your sexuality, or you're secretly jealous.

As a bisexual individual, as well as a citizen of the accepting city-state of Singapore, I must eschew such blatant discrimination against Adam Lambert. Singaporean society should only work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all individuals - as it says in the pledge - "regardless of race, language, or religion" or any other aspect of our diverse culture.

Wow Singapore, this happens again. Kicking out a singer just cos he has a different sexuality? I'd just like to remind you that while "it's against [your] family-based views" seems to be the main argument here, gay people can have families too.

Adam Lambert is a professional singer who is invited to sing in our Countdown 2016. That's it!! What is the fuss about? How he behaves or who he is, is not our concern. We should respect each other's privacy. Looking forward to see you, Adam!
