So what if Adam is gay? Not like his songs are to tell you 'OH MARRY A PERSON OF THE SAME GENDER; BE GAY.' So what if he kissed a band member during the AMAs in 2009 or have dancer who strip or what? Just tell him not to do that la. I'm pretty sure he'll understand that this show goes on national TV, even kids watch it.
Also, why would a kid be awake at 10+/11+ ah? I thought kids ( under 12) should be asleep by 10+ or something?
Besides, this isn't his concert so like he won't perform THAT many songs so like I'm sure he'll keep it decent la.

Singapore is already known as a multi-ethnic society that accepts other races and religion. If we can do that, we can surely accept humans like you and me who are of a different sexual orientation. US has opened its arms to them and we can do the same. Let us show the other countries what an accepting society really is. Let's be the examples. We should be condemning any sort of discrimination and protect human rights.
Apart from that, perfomances are about talent - not race, religion, skin tone or sexual orientation. Get this fact right. Let Adam perform here and mark 2016 as a year of acceptance.

I have lived in Singapore for 31 years. My daughter grew up here. From the age of 5 she was involved in professional theatre here and in so doing interacted with people from the LGBT community. Did this harm her? In no way. She went on to study at Cambridge University where she got a Double First. But much more importantly, she grew up to be a find upstanding young woman with a ready acceptance of all. Come on this small minority in Singapore, open your minds and your hearts and teach your children to do the same.
