No one should EVER be judged based on their sexuality. Adam is a talented and outstanding performer and he has every right to be who he is. Judging someone by their sexuality shows how backward your thinking is and how narrow minded you are.

Love his music, his showmanship and what his story stands for but I signed this mainly because I feel the need to stand for my right to have the option to choose what I want to watch for the countdown party. The lineup has been decided. You like it, you join. If you don't, don't join but people should not try to take this option away from others. It is selfish and inconsiderate.

If its not books, its music. When did this pro family group, which I dare say is a thinly veiled religious organization regardless of their claims of being non-denomination and are inter-faith, become the public's censor and moral police? They do not form the majority of the public, although they are noisy and well organized. I think this lunacy has to be stopped or discouraged by the authorities. If not music, the next thing they will target may be toothpaste or something just because it may not gel with their religious beliefs. Enough already. Bring Adam in!

The main beef the haters have with Adam Lambert is that he is gay. The controversial thing about him is that he is gay, that's why people are petitioning against him. Adam Lambert's performance won't turn people gay overnight or 'corrupt' young children, human sexuality doesn't work like that. There is nothing wrong with being gay, but there is something wrong with discrimination and hate. Singapore should not be synonymous with homophobia. Adam Lambert is a fantastic performer regardless of who he chooses to love. I think that he would put up a fantastic show.

I don't particularly like Glambert or what he stands for. I just don't believe that he's worth embarrassing our country over. We need to show the world that we are pro-family, and that this family includes every last one of us regardless of income, orientation, religion.
