I usually don't stick my nose into these kinds of things but the opposing camp is just ridiculous and plain discriminating the sexual orientation of a performer. What's worse is that their argument is that they don't want children, whose minds are easily swayed, to be able to watch Adam Lambert perform just because he doesn't promote the traditional family unit. Come on guys, we're better than this. Don't like it don't watch?

Adam Lambert is a world class, a classy, performing artist and stellar human being. Singapore is lucky to have been able to book him for this year's New Years Eve countdown.

We trust the media authority in their professionalism in selecting the performers for such a major event and we believe that the programme line up is family values and promotes love and respect. I strongly support in having Adam Lambert in continuing his performance in the Mediacorp New Year Countdown event.
Thank you for allowing the society to be more inclusive and loving as we welcome our overseas artistes with open arms in knowing that Singapore is a place where Singaporeans are proud to call her as Home and everyone will feel comfortable and the warmth from this big family and home.

I love Adam Lambert! Please let him perform & let us enjoy his music & singing.I'm 65 years old n I'm broad minded enough to accept him. So why should other young ppl be so narrow minded & judgmental??!
