If some Pastor can perform some magic show at IKEA then Adam Lambert can and should perform during the countdown. It's a Countdown event for goodness sake. It needs to be big, fun and full of energy. Sexual orientation aside, he is quite the performer. I don't see y'all having this petition when he was here for the F1 concert a few years back. So stop making mountains out of molehill.

How can we call ourselves an inclusive country if we cannot even TRY to look beyond his sexual orientation to see that he is just a phenomenal performer? Cannot imagine the message this is sending to the LGBT community in Singapore. No to bigotry.

I believe in the recognition of talented performers, regardless of their sexual orientation. I trust the organizers are sensible and sensitive enough to present a show that is appropriate for family consumption. Let us enjoy the show without prejudice.
