That's right, his sexual preference HAS NOTHING to do with this performance. Him performing WILL NOT SUDDENLY make every youth gay.

If racial and religious discrimination are not tolerated in Singapore why are we doing it against the LGBT family? Everyone deserves equal rights in this country.

What wrong has Adam Lambert done except to love himself for who he is and to love another human being whom he chooses. At least he didn't go on a killing spree or shooting down planes. He is just another human doing his job as an entertainer. If you don't like him or fear that just by watching him would turn you or your family gay then just switch him off or go hide in a cave. Thank you.

I feel that despite his flamboyant nature and his previous acts in concerts, with the regulations in place locally, Adam will definitely consent to them. He has performed in Singapore back in 2013, and I don't see why he should not be allowed to perform this time round. Singapore is a diverse country, him coming would also attract tourists = tourism increase locally. Hence, I would want Adam Lambert to perform at the Countdown 2016 Bash. Thank you.

This world isn't anymore about how much you can close your children's eyes from what they can see. It's about how much you teach them about mutual respect, loving to each other and core human values and the decision is subsequently left to them to decide what kind of life and future they want to have for themselves. Is banning of Figure like him will "protect" their children or people from "negative" values or indecency ? How shallow their minds really are ! How narrow minded and conservative community here still are despite her progress in economy over the years. Malaysia is totally hopeless in regard to this matter. If Elton John, Ellen are allowed to be on national TV, I don't see what's wrong with Adam Lambert! Anyway, everything on Internet is within clicks, they don't need you to tell them that they can't surf porn websites ! It's all about their own core values. Gays like Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, probably do far better than you yourself if not your kid. Broaden your horizon! Wake up, wake up, Singapore !!!!

Asking to ban Adam Lambert from performing is a case of lazy parenting and bigotry. If you plop your children in front of the TV unsupervised and yet expect the entire country to enforce your personal moral values and do your own brand of parenting for you, you shouldn't have kids at all. I don't care who performs at the countdown party. I do care that as a country, we respect secularism and diversity. Bigotry and discrimination have no place in Singapore.

Don't be so narrow minded.

Note the EQUALITY in our pledge. There is no reason to remove him except for bigotry which singaporeans do not and should not condone.
