We want a Solar Powered RRFB Crosswalk on Hall Blvd - Going to Metzger Park (Hemlock)

Speed limit on Hall should be lowered.

Not only should there be a crosswalk, this area needs more pavement, along with better lighting. Huge gaps with no proper pavement is not acceptable for such a busy road (especially at night time). Lighting is embarrassingly bad. When driving on Hall at night in this area (The section between Olsen Rd and Pacific Highway) you can’t see pedestrians until they are 15-20 feet in front of you! It’s lile being in the Stone Age. Fix up and think about people that don’t drive 24/7.

I want the crosswalk for crossing safety and reduce speed on Hall blvd. The crosswalks are too far apart on Hall blvd.

I ride my bike through this intersection many times a week. It is a dangerous crossing. If I need to cross Hall I look both ways and then run across the street. ODOT may be correct in saying that there aren't 20 people crossing the intersection during peak hours. I think they don't cross because it is too dangerous. Hold ten, older people, and people with disabilities would be risking their lives at the intersection. This light is greatly needed.

With the speed limit at 40 mph it's very unsafe to try & cross Hall - there is a bus stop there & for those who use transit it's really hard to cross Hall anywhere near that stop.

I live on Lizzie Ct and have to cross Hall frequently. At rush hour especially, it's frustrating and dangerous.

I work for Brookdale Senior Living of park place on Hemlock and Hall alot of the seniors in wheelchair travel outside the community on strolls on nice days and for them to cross Hall is so hard. An as a frequent bus rider. I have to cross hall to get to work with no cross walk it's hard at times.

I work in a retirement community on hall and Hemlock, and after getting off the bus i have to cross the street to get there. It is a very dangerous place to cross and having a crosswalk along there would help greatly. My concern isn't just for myself but for my coworkers who also take the bus as well as the residents of the retirement community. Many of the residents go out and need to cross the road as well. And we have had a couple close calls with them almost getting hit. So to say this is very important to me and the community is definitely not an understatement.

Terrible intersection, blind corners and very dangerous. PLEASR FIX

This is my neighborhood and would love to have this crossing installed.

We should at least conduct a study to see how many people cross over Hall Blvd. Let's not wait until someone gets severely injured, or killed.

Yes! How about a signal with a crosswalk at Washington & Hall??? At peak commute times, that intersection can be dicey to navigate.

While I do not believe the number of pedestrian crossings will warrant this signal, I do feel an additional crossing is needed between Oleson Road and Locust Street. I would like this concern to be on ODOT's radar for the future.

Please put this crosswalk in. We need one here because there have been many, many close calls. I used to have to cross this spot every day for the bus waiting over 10 minutes to cross with my son hoping we can cross safely. Having to cross this street scares me and keeps me from feeling safe enough to bring my son to the park without driving. I really, really hope you put in this crosswalk.

Lack of sidewalks along Hall

A dispassionate study is an inexpensive way of establishing a baseline upon which informed opinions can be based.
