In my area. On the three major stations- we have-
2 judges. 3 game shows, 4 soaps, 6 news , and 15 talk shows from 9-5 weekdays!!
I have lost more soap shows than I want to count.
The count is way off and should be fixed by adding a new soap or two.

If you can't give us a new soap....at least stop threatening to yank the few we have left.....we need all of them....bring back one that you killed....I hate reality tv.....I watch tv to escape reality....soaps give me that!

I miss A.M.C. & O.L.T.L..avid watcher of them and G.H. for many years.The lousy shows for cooking, etc. have not pleased most viewers of the former soaps, including myself. The issues, realism, drama, with soaps like these have kept us viewing for many years.

The time is right for new soap operas to be developed. ABC and NBC each have one. FOX could get in on the game. But give it time to build an audience

We do need another good soap opera like young and the restless. Great story line. Need another one as good as one life to live. Please!!!
