- - Bugs are late or not repaired
- - Priority for not so important than very important things
- - Deficient beta testing of new items / game versions
- - No responsibility for own faults or hiding them
- - Earning money on products with bugs
- - Very bad technical and personal support
- - Ripping off the customers (no reparation for the lost money on a failed transaction)

I spent the entire morning scrolling through the comments here and it confirms everything I suspected about the state of the game because reading about your bad transaction experiences really reminds me why I started this whole thing in the first place. The lack of accountability from them is just exhausting but I am still drafting a long document to send over to their support leads even if they just delete it without looking.

Stopped playing months ago because the lag is unplayable. devs dont care about us at all they just want our wallets.
Honestly this game was so fun before they ruined it with all the pay to win garbage. bring back the old version.

fix the bugs already!! i spent so much on this game and its constant crashing. EA never listens to anyone.
