We must protect our young children by ensuring their privacy and a developmentally appropriate curriculum. CCSS removes both of these from students.
We must also ensure Parental Rights in making decisions about their child's education. CCSS removes this right. These two reason alone (even though there are two dozen more), are reason enough to repeal the Common Core Standards.

Common Core is like Obamacare-- for Education. The CC bill passed in 2010 without content, i.e. no one could read it before they voted for it! Now we do know. Leaders-- it's time to protect us! It's time to STOP CC in Oklahoma!

If you get THE BLAZE [ Glenn Beck ] , watch his comments on Common Core such as this Math problem used in CC : Draw ten to show 15 - 8 ? They solve this way 10 -5 = 5 ,,, 5+ 2 = 7 If you understand this :: I feel sorry for you !

Common Core needs to end and let education be turned back over to the educators not the government. They need to stay out of it . It is being forced on states and put together by a group of people that are not even in education like some of the others that are in fields they don't know any thing about. And also I will not vote for Gov. Fallin as i did before if she keeps approving this unwanted government is posing on education.

Common Core needs to be STOPPED. The idea that Gov Mary has backed it in any sickens me. I really liked what she has done with the State up to backing this. If she does not change her outlook on this subject I WILL NOT vote for her again, it's that much of a deal breaker !!!!

There is a better way than a federal standard for our kids. Our kids deserve an education not a baby sitting service. Maybe drop out rates would be what they are if the education system pushed them to their potential from day one. Because johnny doesn't get it the standards should not be changed.
