Tovarishch,

For too long have we stood by and done nothing while Kotaku, arguably the figurehead of game journalism, fell deeper and deeper into a self-destructive cycle of drug addiction and illiteracy. This cannot go on any longer.

If there is any pride at all to be had in being a gamer, it is our pride in our welcoming, inclusive, and tightly-knit community of people who love games and gaming consoles in all shapes or forms, without discrimination and with an everlasting and all-powerful respect for each other and the medium we adore.
When one of us suffers, we must all carry that suffering together; we must all alleviate that suffering so as to make the gaming community a place for all of us to thrive in.

This is why we can no longer ignore the silent cries for help. We must once more come together as one and not just save Kotaku, but save our future, save our happiness.

With this petition I hope to gather people, hand in hand, and make them aware of this problem, so we can perform an intervention and read poems, thus making our world a better place.
