New Parking Fees - Overview of Facts

a. The board has full authority to approve/deny any application.

b. If approved, the resident will pay $50/mo, $250/6-mo, or $500/year.

c. The following requirements must be met:

1. Both garage spaces must be occupied by other vehicles.

2. Vehicle is a “3rd vehicle”.

3. Vehicle must be a primary vehicle, used regularly.

4. Vehicle cannot remain idle for more than 72 hours (or, it will be towed)

5. Vehicle cannot be commercial (e.g. City of Lincoln, any vehicle with a business name, phone number, logo, or non-exempt vehicle)

d. Vehicle cannot store commercial equipment or products.

Motorcycles are exempt and may take any space without approval or fees.
