The plan is to build 3 multi-family quadplexes (and 12 garages) in this small area. We feel this will degrade the current quality of the neighborhood. Residents currently enjoy peace, quiet and low traffic patterns (both in people and vehicles). Having 12 new families and 12 to 24 vehicles in this small space will create significant congestion and noise and will forever change the current peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Residents anywhere in the City should always be given direct personal "written" notification of any and all building (and/or re-zoning) proposals PRIOR to moving forward with any major neighborhood change, such as this one, so they have sufficient time to prepare for opposing any project they are not in favor of.

NO! We dont need 24 extra cars clogging up the block. The city needs to leave our neighborhood alone.

This is ridiculous. Our street is way too small for that kind of traffic. We moved here for the quiet and they are just going to ruin it all with quadplexes.
