Having 48 inch rails is just pointless for keeping the kids safe and keeping dogs inside the yard. Its time to let us upgrade our fences just like everyone else.

Thus rule seems outdated as people facing those public area need the privacy evendors more. Please, chanhe or amend so that they aren't penalized.

I agree Lochbuie residents should have the option of having privacy fencing or not to have them. This needs to be changed for safety and privacy reasons.
