BASIS Brooklyn Independent Schools proposes to build a 89,556 square feet state of the art school facility to be located at 556 Columbia Street in Red Hook Brooklyn. The facility will accomodate kindergarten through 12th grade, with a population of 1,000 students. The school will serve parents in Red Hook, throughout Brooklyn, and lower Manhattan. It will bring additional economic activity to the Red Hook neighborhood and will be a resource to the community. We, with these online signatures, support this project.
