We the undersigned demand equal treatment and representation of the POA.

It has come to our attention that some members have had a huge deduction in there dues before a foreclosure case has been settled.

We demand full disclosure in all past present and pending cases.

We demand equal and fair treatment to all residents.

We demand that we are treated the same as non members, As long as we pay ore taxes WE ARE part of the public and demand that we are treated equally, under our constitutional rights.

All of the political moves by the POA has taken the enjoyment, relaxation and peace away from our community.

The POA has Sold our Lounge to the public, Our Sunday privilegeto the lounge have been taken away without consulting the property owners. Is this what we call true and fair representation.

Our overpaid employees are not available when needed, they only tell us what they think we want to hear, meanwhile our roads have gone to hell, and security- - Really!!!

POA Illegally charging SOME people late fees, collection agency fees and attorney fees and not charging others. How is this fair and just?

POA forcing Foxwood Hills members to sign gage orders so others members are left in the dark.Free Disclosure to ALL.
