We need to be united against racists and haters who are trying to divide people. For too long have people suffered for no reason other than being 'different'. It has to stop.

We, the Irish Travellers, natives of our beautiful country, Ireland, call on our politicians and political parties to issues a formal apology to us, the Irish Travellers, in the name of justice, equality and diversity.
We have for generations stood, and continue to stand, in the face of injustice, discrimination, dehumanisation and racism.
Without any hatred or contempt, we request that our Irish government issues this apology to us, along with formally recognising our unique identity as a distinct minority ethnic group in Irish society.

Irish and Scottish Travellers have been around these lands since century's, and it's time to acknowledge this fact. Ireland you have treated your Travellers badly. Give them an apology, its the least you can do.

This will have to be done sooner or later...who will be big enough and brave enough to tackle the truth? Please recognise our Traveller brothers and sisters as an ethnic group in our country. Thank you.

Take a stand against assumptions, stereotypes and misguided information about the Traveling community who have faced generations of institutionalised racism and discrimination because of panics and distrust created by mainstream politics, culture and society just because of others differences.
