We hereby object to the plans of the Terrestar debtors.We ask for an appointed neutral examiner, to value the assets properly. We also request a sale of all assets of Terrestar Corporation as it is in the best interest of all, by signing this petition:
WE HEREBY OBJECT TO THE PLANS SET FORTH BY THE DEBTORS AS IT IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF ALL. WE ALSO REQUEST AN INDEPENDENT EXAMINER, AND REQUEST A SALE OF ALL ASSETS UNDER A CHAPTER 11 LIQUIDATION:
