We, the citizens of the state of Florida, petition the state to repeal the statute(s) of limitations on physical torture.

If the state doesn't think what happen was wrong, they won't think of enough reasons to stop. If they think it was wrong then they should do something about it. SAY SO !

No limitations--there is none on the physical damages caused or the mental.

I, don't really think that there should be a 'LIMIT" on time for "CRIME" such as ,BEATING, or, SEXUALLY ABUSING a child in ANY STATE.

My brother was there for almost a year. Mom and I went for a visit. My brother had been beat. He looked just like this picture, but his black and blue marks went down his legs too. He could hardley walk. He was only 11yrs. old. I will never forget when he showed us what they did to him. I cried and so did my mom. Nobody should be beat like that. Just because they could, they did it. I won't ever forget that sight as long as I breath.

These men should not be forced to get a law changed to be compensated for what they endured. Florida House and Senate should be proactive and approve a compensation package for these men who suffered such horrible child abuse at the hands of state employees.

How many died in prison, or are still in prison? Iknow some been there like 50 years. How many went to death row? Its mind boggling the burdens we carried after Marianna/Okeechobee. And still carry today.

My uncle was one of many that suffered at the Dozier School. I implore the state of Florida to do something to assist these men.

No child abused as we were at the Florida School for Boys or Dozier as it became known later should be denied justice because the State of Florida uses the statue of limitations to protect and cover of the crimes of their employees that committed the abuse and crimes .

I pray that we the Whitehouse Boy's get justice for what the state of florida allowed it's staff to abuse, and beaten us.
