The BCTF Member's Guide states in code 34.46 "That the BCTF affirm that freedom of speech is a foundation of democracy, and … that the BCTF oppose the use of SLAPP suites, as they are a tactic used by the powerful to silence public debate and discussion." So ... how is slapping Barry Neufeld with a human rights complain not a SLAPP suit, and how is this not a rejection of the foundation of democracy? Two more questions I doubt the union will answer.

The BC Government illegally ripped us off for 10 years on class sizes. Then the Supreme Ct weighed in. But when I called the Min. of Education they said they would not be sharing their illegal gains (about 30 kids instead of 20 per class) with taxpayers. They laughed. So lets dispense with the idea that the BC government follows the law. Therefore, this is illegal until SOGI 123 has been tested by the Supreme Ct. End of story.

The school board needs to back down and let the parents raise their own children regarding sex education and beliefs.

We DO NOT want the school system to indoctrinate our children. Teach them the 3rs and let us decide what is best for OUR children. I have many gay and non-white friends and coworkers so don't accuse me of racism and homophobia.

SOGI is nothing more than the sexual grooming of minors by government-sponsored institutions that masquerade as schools. By all means, teach about kindness and compassion - a truly inclusive concept - but SOGI does neither; instead, it offers, under duress, false promises delivered by an ideology that cannot tolerate either dissent or debate. Indoctrination would not be too strong a word.

Keep up the good work Barry. Protect our rights as hetrosexual people. .Kids don't need to learn about transgenger rights in schools.
