This is outrageous! The GSA should be ashasmed of themselves!

As a former Girl Scout, I am saddened that they now choose to support the destruction of the very girls they profess to serve. As a family if 7 who has purchased up to 40 boxes a year, we will no longer support this. Praying for The Girl Scouts to return to their original values.

As a former Girl Scout, I was saddened to learn about the GSA's ties to PP. I pray that the leaders will wake up and stop supporting the murder of innocent children.

I will definitely support a ban on Girl Scout cookies as long as they persist in their political agenda.

The Girl Scouts have dishonored their organization. There will be no more cookies or support from me until they return to decency.

Can't help but notice that the founder of PP (Margaret Sanger) had a couple of children herself and moved across the country to more healthful climates to protect their failing health. Kinda like tobacco companies who crow about the people's right to smoke, and then forbid their children from even being in the same room as a smoker.

realize this is probably pretty controversial for many of my friends. There's an instinctual reaction "but you're just being a grinch, they're *the GIRL SCOUTS*, the girl scouts are about selling cookies not politics right? What's so bad about teaching girls to be independent and proud of themselves? Besides they TASTE GOOD! You can't throw the baby out with the bathwater, just because the girls in a few instances were taken to a few seminars and rallies you don't want to miss the big picture" I can certainly understand that view. I WANT to be totally supportive of the girl scouts. However what I've been hearing about them in recent years is not simply about scouting or independence. I've been hearing that they've been encouraged to embrace one particular view of abortion, sexual ethics, morality, sense of self and worldview that differs significantly from the one they've traditionally embraced. I'm not saying girl scouts must or should be about evangelizing a fundamentalist world view on all issues. They're about preparing strong capable confident girls to take on the world and survive in it. Liberal or conservative theist or non-theist doesn't have to come into that, necessarily. But it seems that the view the leadership is taking is that only one world view is appropriate and healthy for girls to adopt and that is the one they're teaching. And, in my personal opinion, its one that will have the exact opposite effect from the Girl Scouts broader mission. I am very much in favor of strong, healthy (spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and physically) women. Teaching girls a promiscuous view of relationships that neither values life, personal responsibility, healthful traditional relational dynamics or properly explains the inherently flawed nature of the humand condition, it doesn't help them value themselves more or properly understand their responsibilities to themselves, their God, their community, their families, or the world at large. Why partnering with "Planned Parenthood"? I'll not buy GS cookies until that stops. I'll tell everyone I know about this.

How disappointed I am in Girl Scouts, having been a brownie, girl scout and years being a leader and now you are endorcing abortion and teaching girls it is ok to kill their baby. Juliet Lowe would totally be against this and you know it. Respect all life and make things better then you found it. You aren't teaching them how to respect their selves and others by doing this. Shame, shame on you. Remember we have to answer for all the things we do.

Shame on GSA leaders for ruining a good thing!
End abortion now!
