We support the ROWES TRAVEL/DOLLAR VAN because of the convenience and availability. The dollar vans run from 7am to 10pm and run much more frequently than buses and are in areas where buses are unavailable.

“Dollar vans,” so named because it historically cost $1.00/2 to take a shared ride on a major NYC thoroughfare, a prominent mode of transport in New York City, carrying an estimated 120,000 people every day.

SIGNING THIS PETITION I AM CONFIRMING THAT-

1. I use the dollar van more than 10 times per week.

2. I live in an area where buses are infrequent.

3. I would prefer to use the van rather than the bus/train due to increased prices.

4. I use the van to travel to and from school and work.
