Ria lives for her children. Prison is not the place for this hardworking, devoted mother of 4.

Ria, while not perfect, is not a violent criminal. To propose jail time for a non violent person is a waste of tax payer money, and a crime against humanity.

Ria has a family and they truly need her. Please understand she wouldn't jeopardize her freedom to be away from her kids.

Ria is a kind, loving, charitable, free spirited, happy wife and mother. She spent time in jail for a crime she was proven innocent of. She has worked hard to get where she is, doing whatever she had to do to take care of her family. How much pain does one person need to endure while at the same time trying to keep her family safe. Not many folks survive with their head held high to come out of such tragedy. Many dont get out of the circle of crime and violence once they get out of the prison system....especially when they have EVERY RIGHT to be angry with the system. She has turned her life into being a productive member of society. She is a very loving mother immersed in seeing they have a fun stable upbringing. Her husband Iand I have worked with in the operating room for many years and his talent along with his success has brought joy to 1000's of patients. He has donated his time for MANY years by helping so many families in 3rd world countries see they have access to medical care. His service has provided life changing surgeries for children with congenital birth defects leaving them to live as outcasts within their own villages or have their lives greatly shortened do to malnourishment. In the US these procedures are routine. 3rd world they are miracles. Why would he associate himself with a "criminal"? How could he NOT believe in people and the sacredness of human dignity when he has proven his own generosity. Knowing ahead of the relationship, why would he choose a spouse and mother of his children of any less caliber. I fully believe in the human heart. I fully believe that RIA is an upstanding citizen who only wants to live her life and raise her family. Arent their worse people out there to harass? I pleading with the court to have leniency and grace for this situation. I see much greater need for the court system to protect the innocent, protect our fellow police officers, feed the poor, serve the homeless, honor and care for our veterans, close

Ria Schumacher is wonderful person, with a charismatic disposition. She is a wife, mother, daughter, and sibling to a beautiful family that loves her, and needs her in their life everyday. Ria works hard for her family, and community in which she resides. I ask as a friend of Ria for leniency in this matter. Thank you for your time, patience, and understanding.

Leave ria alone she is a easy going gal that chooses to harm no one. She has had a ruff life and all she wants to do is mother her children she can't do that in jail go bother a Meth dealer

I have known for Ria for 20 yrs. She has always been a great mother always been helping people in society. She's always willing so help others get back on track. As far as I have known she is never been a criminal. She did many years for something that she didn't commit. Now that she is a productive member of societie it's not fair that she would have to start over. She is married woman with 3 children that need her and she has always been by their side. So I hope the court would take that in to consideration.

Ria deserves to be free. She a responsible, kind loving Woman, Friend,Mom& Wife. Ria would not harm anyone, she's not capable of causing physical harm knowingly to others.

I have known RIA on both sides of the wall She has been a positive role model to many including myself watching her growth in so many ways has been nothing but a learning experience and proof that she has succeeded at all shes attempted. RIA does not belong in jail shes not prison material
