About time let's get this going. It's not fair mountain bikers have every mountain in the county and we don't have nothing anymore!!! Figure it out DNR and open gates!!

We need legal access - too many are resorting to unsanctioned access

Our community needs good areas for us to go and enjoy the outdoors with our families!

I truly feel that accessing our lands with off-road motorized vehicles is vital to the future of our community. It allows travel to areas we simply cannot access by foot, stimulates our local economy by purchasing goods/services, and most importantly vitalizes a community of outdoor enthusiasts. Please consider my signature a vote for allowing off-road vehicles to recreate on our public lands. Thank You!

We need to have something like this here in whatcom county. They have a place for Mt. bikes and they don’t even pay to help keep the trails in good shape. Dirt bikes pay for tabs which goes towards maintenance on them so why not have a place for us

I support the use public lands for legal ORV usage. There are not enough places for recreational users to utilize currently in Whatcom &/or Skagit counties. Please consider this during your discussions as a commitee

People need to realize if they don't allow this it will be the wild west and that is not good for any user or neighbor.

With no legal options in whatcom county (except private property) people are forced to leave for at the closest skagit county.

I support this petition. I moved from California to Whatcom County a year ago. California has found a way to offer ORV recreational areas sustainably; I would love to enjoy similar recreation here in Whatcom Co.

I support motorized recreation in a working forest. Whatcom county council, please work with the DNR to keep their planning moving forward. 100% of the concerns you have will be addressed and mediated during the conditional use process.
