Please, I urge you, in your consideration of Senate Bill 4204 and Assembly Bill 5936 in New Jersey, to preserve the independent contractor model that has existed in the travel industry for decades! As an Independent Travel Advisor, I value the freedom to set my own hours, rates, select my customers and which products I sell. I value my relationship with my Host Agency as they provide services and resources I can not get elsewhere.
