We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

I support Coach. This woman needs consequences for he immature behavior. The active duty teacher & coach should be commended for his actions. The safety rules are there for a reason. A retired teacher should know this.

She needs charged with endangerment and made to apologize to the teachers parents and students and let her children understand right from wrong. She is not so special. If it were another parent she would be right there complaining.

I have no kids, but if I did I would want this guy teaching my kids, what a great asset to the school.

This is wrong. The teacher did the wrote thing!! If my kid went to school here Your damn right I would be shaking that mans hand. He protected those kids.

Not even from Texas,but the woman is absolutely nuts. He did what he thought was necessary to keep students safe.

15 Year veteran teacher. Wish I could shake this man's hand. If suspended he should sign his letter of resignation and go to a school that appreciates his services. Too many good schools out there that need professionals like him.

The only person who needs disciplining in this situation is the woman driving the car, she obviously believes herself to be above the law & was putting the children & other pedestrians at risk by attempting to drive in a clearly blocked off section. This teacher is a HERO & should be given an award. The woman should be banned from the school property.

The safety of the children is top priority. The driver purposely ignores signs, many pilons, blantantly ignored the first staff request, driving in an area the children do NOT expect cars putting the children at risk. Shame on her. Well done to the coach who put children and their safety first.

He is a hero

Please don't impose any disciplinary actions onto this teacher/coach. I would hope that any teacher would do whatever it takes to keep the children safe. They shouldn't be punished for such things. Perhaps have an adult crossing guard by this area in the future or make the barricade so it can't be driven around by any other drivers that believe they are above the law and can ignore safely measures as if they don't pertain to them. This coach is an awesome man to go to such lengths to protect the children endangered by that woman's actions. I have no doubt that he would willingly take a bullet to save a child. Honor him, praise him, but do not punish him. And fire the administrator who apologized to that freak of an entitled woman.

I think that Rita has a lot of nerve to act like the rules don't apply to her then call the news when she is called out for creating a dangerous situation. Good job Aaron!
