We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

In these times we need all the protection we can get for our children in school when we as parents can not protect them. Parents need to understand that they can not do whatever they please and that is also not the lesson you should be teaching your children. Please recongnize him as a protector and not an enemy.

I love how he went above and beyond to enforce the rules and keep those children safe! Kudos to him!!!!!

What would have happened had that woman hit a child?! He was protecting those kids & making sure rules are followed. You are teaching every young child that it is wrong to follow rules & that if they feel there is a good enough reason it’s okay to break them. That woman should be banned for endangerment NOT the teacher.

This guy needs a raise. Maybe even promoted to Superintendent!

I am a parent who has children in the car rider line- I support this teacher who went above the call of duty regarding a parent breaking safety rules!

I would like to see Ms Rita have reckless endangerment charges pressed against her. To cut through an elementary school because SHE was running late. Rules are rules

I fully support this teacher. He went above and beyond, including putting himself at risk, to protect his students’ safety.

The mother’s behavior should be punishable. No different from passing a stopped school bus.

Once the mom took this to the press, charges should have been brought against her for unsafe driving. She admitted on national television that she disregarded the safety measures. Perhaps it would be best for all if her child were required to attend a different school. This teacher put himself at risk for a child. Kudos to him!! Thank you, sir!

This young man stood up to someone whose selfish action deserves condemnation. WTG Coach.

I applaud Coach Morgan, and think he needs a RAISE for putting his own safety at risk to stop someone BREAKING THE RULES and endangering lives of kids. This parent has no children at this school, and had no idea why the cones were placed. She was endangering children, and the behaving like an entitled child! SHE is in the wrong. I’ll take Coach Morgan at any school, any time.

We lived in Texas from 2000-2015. This is disturbing that Coach Morgan’s actions are seen as ANYTHING other than heroic. He deserves accolades and a raise!
