When are we going to hold the rule breakers accountable? This lady BROKE RULES ... And Mr. Morgan was standing up FOR THE CHILDREN! DO NOT punish this brave teacher who was PROTECTING! I would have done this too! That woman should be ASHAMED of herself!

That teacher should get a promotion. Kudos to him for stepping up and doing what was necessary even at the risk of his own safety and employment. I wish there were more teachers who cared enough about the students the way this man does.

That teacher risked his body to potentially save kids from a woman who was admittedly speeding and violating traffic laws. HE is a hero.

This teacher should not be fired. I wish he worked at my kids's school at Palmer Elementary.

Happy belated teacher's week. I'm glad you stopped Rita from running over the children. I work in an ER as an RN; you may have prevented a tragedy. Stay strong. --Jared Matney, RN, BSN

As a parent and the son of an elementary school principal, I know that the car rider lines are horrendous. That being said, the parent was wrong. That teacher didn’t know if she was a threat to students there or her intent. He did the right thing.

Bravo for this teacher and his attempt to protect the children. I’m homeschooling my autistic son start this coming school year and parents like this one is one of reasons. We need more teachers to take action and protect these kids!
