Thank you for being an amazing teacher. I will gladly stand side by side with another teacher who puts the kids first and that’s exactly what you did!

This teacher is a hero who did what he had to do to protect kids. Fox News should be ashamed for twisting this story around to make it seem like the woman breaking the rules and putting kids in danger what the hero. Shame on them. And shame on the district it they punish this teacher!

This man was protecting children from an enraged driver that drove around two barricades. Had a tragedy occurred this man would have been lambasted for not doing more to protect the children. The women should be arrested for reckless endangerment and this hero should be given an award for putting other people lbs children before his own safety

Good for him! He was sticking up for the safety of the children! Shame on her for thinking she deserves specialty treatment because she was late. A lot of parents are late everyday and they still follow procedure.

It is unfathomable and ridiculous the fact that you apologized to this self entitled, I’ll do what I want, the rules don’t apply to me woman that put the lives of children at risk. While thinking of punishing this heroic teacher who while yes should not have been on the hood of the car probobaly had mere seconds to think of a way to protect his student and put himself at risk to do so. You show a blatant disregard for your teachers and the parents and students of your school. You are basically saying you don’t care she put them at risk and this teacher went above and behind to protect them. We will coddle the wrong doer and reprimand the teacher doing his best to protect the children who you trust us with each day. You are no better than this victim playing fool and I as a parent would never trust sending my child to a district this administration oversees because clearly children and their safety are not a top priority for them

I'm a teacher and almost been hit in our parking lot. She knew better. Make her take responsibility for not following the rules... She's teaching her kids to not follow them and we would be too if he is reprimanded for trying to get her to stop.

I think this parent should be punished. Rules don't apply to her? What would have happened if she hit a student?

It’s ridiculous that someone could get in trouble for doing the right thing. The teacher should be rewarded and not punished. Anyone is lucky to have a teacher that would go above and beyond his duties in able to protect the children.

She was still driving even with him on the car. If a kid had been there she would have hit them too. Good job to the teacher! Way to keep the kids safe.
