This man deserves accolades, not condemnation. ANY teacher that throws their body in harms way to protect other children from a vehicle where it doesn’t belong is a HERO!!!

I would rather reward him than discipline. He was protecting our children. She should be charged with child endangerment or something along those lines. Our children's lives are worth more than your tardiness.

That parent lady who was dangerously driving through the school zones should be banned from dropping her kids off. Absolutely disgusting thinking she's privileged enough that rules don't apply to her, those rules are there for reasons.

The teacher did exactly as I would have in this situation. If one thinks the mom is right and that she is “the victim”, then one needs to reevaluate their morals, standards and values.

Coach Young is exactly who I want protecting the safety of my children. In today’s society, so much is asked of our teachers with very little in return. More standardized testing, bigger classes, less funding & even less support from parents. The physical safety of our children at school has been taken for granted until recent years...yet, teachers are tasked with that responsibility as well against growing threats with nothing to defend themselves or our children with.
The last thing a teacher should have to do is protect children against PARENTS who brazenly ignore protocols & rules put in place for the safety of those most precious.
Coach Aaron Morgan Young deserves a hero’s response not discipline!
