I'm so disappointed in the administration for feeling the need to apologize on this man's behalf. By all means, I absolutely would want a teacher that would do whatever he could to keep a parent breaking safety rules back in line. An apology needs to be issued TO THE TEACHER!!!

If a school shooting occurs, teachers are asked to put themselves second to their children. But when they put themselves in front of a car in a parking lot to stop them from potentially running over a child, they are chastised. He did a great job trying to stop someone who thought the rules don't apply to her.

I can only hope Teachers at my daughter’s school would do the same.

This is exactly how I want a teacher to behave when my child’s safety is at stake.

100% support the decision. Might have handled better looking back, but in the moment totally get it. This parent thinks her world is the most important thing in the world and thinks the rules don't apply to her. Thank you for this teacher!

Rita was wrong for trying to break procedure because SHE was running late. I commend this teacher for putting the student's safety and the morning drop off procedure as a priority.

Any teacher who's willing to jump in front of, or onto a moving vehicle to protect the children in his school is without a doubt the kind of teacher I want at my school! I'm 100% in support of him. He should not be reprimanded in any way! He dogs his job well! He protected the children!

Aaron should NOT face any consequences related to Rita's TRESPASSING! She is NOT the victim. He is.

This guy is a hero. If you fire him it tell us exactly how little you value the children's safety.

Split second decisions are tough. I think he made the right call.

He deserves some big props. Wish he was working at our school. These entitled parents we have would think twice before dropping off in the bus ramp.

We need to stop penalizing teacher for taking care of our children. This lady clearly needs to get her life together if shr is running late and risking kids life. The teacher us a freaking hero and the kids are lucky to have a teacher that cares

We need more educators like that man. No one is entitled to break the rules because they are late. I wouldn't want my child to get caught in the crosshairs of someone's negligence.

I stand with him! Safety is an issue and people like him show there are people that will do something. Get there earlier Rita.
