Good for him. It's about time someone stepped up!

He went above and beyond what he is asked to do to ensure that the children at Dulles Elementary are safe. If we punish an individual for helping others then eventually no one will help those in need.

Not only should he not be fired that woman should be ticketed.

I applaud the teacher. I think we have one at our school that would do the same thing for our kids.

This woman was told twice to stop, and she chose to keep breaking the rule. It is no one elses problem but her own that she has time management issues. What's more disappointing is that on a STAAR test day for her child she couldnt manage to be on time at least on that important day. What a shame, we should all pray for her ignorance.

I support Aaron Morgan and his concern for the safety of the children at his school. That the driver of the vehicle feels she's a victim is beyond belief. She should have been ticketed. Please tell the public that you support a teacher who stands up for order when a crazy parent thinks her time is more important than anyone else's. If anyone needs anger management training, it was her.

I am beyond incensed that there would be any question doubting Aaron Morgan’s intent and commitment to caring for his kids. Rita, for some reason, believes she is entitled. Because she couldn’t manage hers and her daughter’s time, she saw nothing wrong with her actions cutting through the elementary school, potentially endangering the safety of the children. You’re late, you get in line with everyone else that is late. I say Aaron needs an award for putting this woman in her place.

In a day and age where some teacher could careless about traffic duty, this guy went above and beyond. My daughter goes to LCE and I see this same exact problem on a regular basis.

God Bless this man! I can only hope that if this happened at my children’s school the teachers there would do the same!
