Discipline the parent for breaking the rules and endangering students, not the teacher for protecting them!

You can NOT punish him for wanting to protect the kids she found unimportant enough to ignore their safety.

Any one that can be aleart and prevents a tragedy is a hero, the person who was wreck less should not be allowed back on campus, are children are most valuable and we owe them the best possible protection

Standing up for safety of students and upholding the rules should never be a questionable action. It’s not that different from standing in front of a gunman if they are endangering Kids. That’s a 3 ton weapon. If she had hurt a child, the teachers would have been reprimanded for NOT stopping this woman. Do the right thing and your great teachers

Some Parents think no rules apply to them. When it comes to the safety of children - that’s not true.

ROCKSTAR teachers protect students as they would their own kids. His motive and actions were sincere and clearly in the best interest of all students. The driver of the car (and her daughter) are the ones who have a lesson to learn...rules are there for safety reasons and apply to EVERYONE. Entitled actions endanger others, and our elementary students need teachers like this to look out for them when others are looking out for themselves.

Good for you! She can’t break the rules just because she was running late. That took guts for you to step up and protect the children!

He's a hero. When you care that much about a kids safety in the parking lot imagine how much he cares when they go through those doors

He 100% did the right thing to protect students. As a teacher and a mother I stand with him!! The parent should be in trouble!!!
