Aaron Morgan, you were just trying to protect your kids and I applaude you. One day I hope I can be as great of a teacher as you. I’m sorry the news portrayed you as an out of control man when you were just trying to get her to stop. You did the right thing. Hal, your teacher advocate is 100% right! You are a hero. The mother driving thru because SHE was LATE should be put on car pool duty for a year. Let’s see if she’ll do that again. She’s the one who needs to manage her time and get up earlier to avoid being late.

No one wants to see a staff member hurt - HOWEVER, support your staff for try to stop this. Too many people do not follow rules. Eventually someone will get hurt. Probably a child.

So the mother taught her daughter it’s ok to break the rules because you are late! Try leaving earlier and then the mother would not be breaking the rules!

Thank you, Coach, for doing what it takes to protect our children. We need more teachers like you. YOU DID THE RIGHT THING!! To the woman crossing through restricted school areas; you should be charged with endangerment. Rules are in place for a reason. Had you hit a child people would be asking why the teachers didn’t do what it takes to protect the children. Shame on you!

I applaud this teacher. Where my son goes to school parents do this all the time putting everyone in danger. No one thinks rules apply to them. When there are rules in place for a reason. Bravo to him!!!! He deserves a raise! Not to be punished
