Even though this wasn’t his greatest moment as an educator I understand. Why wasn’t she reprimanded or cited for taking a short cut. He was where he was supposed to be. She wasn’t. As educators we get up early and stay late even when we don’t want to sometimes at the expense of our families.#Get up early and follow the rules!!!

If someone was ever behaving in such an entitled and reckless manner at my child's school, I can only pray that there would be someone like Coach Young to step in for the safety of my child and the other children there!

Thank you, Aaron, for keeping the children safe. The fact that this mom thought she was above the rules and then was shocked when called out show a rather large lack of judgment on her part. Please do not punish this fine teacher who, while perhaps a bit reckless, had children's best interest in mind.

This teacher is what I hope to send my kids to everyday. Someone that would jump between my child and danger is exactly what makes a hero. Please do noe reprimand him, give him a medal!
