I am not not a parent of any student at your school, but I am in support of this teacher protecting the small children of Dulles. If this parent was being a Parent, she would have woken up on Time to get her child to the high school. Attempting to run over cones and break through lines was Dangerous and this teacher Should NOT be punished for Protecting the safety of the students. His method was unorthodox, but obviously the understanding of this woman is Unorthodox. No action, except a Thank you should be handed down.

As a mother who has a small child starting Kindergarten this year my anxiety is at an all time high as a result of all the crazy things happening at school these days! It is extremely comforting to know that there are teachers out here who will risk going above and beyond to ensure the safety of our children! I pray he that he is in reprimanded but instead rewarded for his heroic actions! Excellent job Mr.Morgan! Thank you!!

My English teacher taught me this:. A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.
The mom needs to learn this lesson and stop playing victim when she was obviously wrong. If anyone is penalized, it definitely should be her!

This might be taken as over doing it but when it comes to children- mine or anyone else’s, this is the way or the urgency and priority I want shown when it comes to my and all children. Especially elementary students.

I've been there. I've been bumped by a bumper while I walked kids through a parking lot. This is what's wrong with our country. Me first! At everyone else's expense. Stand strong Teachers!

This man is exactly the kind of teacher I would want protecting my daughter in the drop off line. Having someone who would risk his own safety for the students is amazing, and he went above and beyond. Great job, teacher!!!

She showed a blatant disregard for the safety of children of another school due to her lack of timelines and failure to adhere to the established safety plans of another school. He was doing his job to make sure there was order and the children were dropped off safely. He should not be punished!!!
