Coach Young may have taken an unorthodox approach to the problem, but we was acting as the last line of defense after others were ignored. This is a teaching moment for all, community and school, not one to discipline or ridicule Coach Young for his brace act.

As a former teacher and a mom of two young public school students in another Texas district, I have to say I would be THANKFUL for my children to have a teacher like this to protect them at their school.

This teacher is a hero! The driver was in the wrong for disobeying safety rules! The teacher was trying to protect the children he was hired to teach!

Rita should have gotten up earlier instead of putting elementary school children at risk. Follow the rules Rita! I'd want Mr. Morgan protecting my child.

This teacher is amazing. I'm so tired of people who think they can do whatever they want, endangering lives, and then do on media to justify their actions. Sometimes we have to go a bit over the top to protect our kids. Awesome teacher.

Morgan was doing his job to maintain a safe environment for children. Rita blatantly disregarded traffic directions and barriers, potentially jeopardizing lives those barriers are meant to protect.
